Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradeLAB and TradeLAB OS, operated by TradeLikeAB LTD (“TradeLAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing a membership, accessing our content, participating in our community, requesting a Performance Report, or using any TradeLAB services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purposes Only
TradeLAB provides educational content relating to trading, market analysis, risk management, psychology, and trading performance.
TradeLAB does not provide:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Trade signals
- Buy or sell recommendations
- Portfolio management
- Copy trading services
- Managed account services
All content, including TradeLAB OS Performance Reports, is provided strictly for educational purposes.
Any decisions made by members are made entirely at their own discretion and risk.
2. Risk Warning
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Trading may result in partial or complete loss of capital.
- No guarantees of profits or income are made.
- TradeLAB makes no representation regarding the likelihood of success or profitability.
You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.
3. Membership Access
Membership grants access to the educational resources included within the selected membership tier.
This may include:
- Course content
- Community access
- Live webinars
- Webinar recordings
- Educational resources
- Member discussions
- TradeLAB OS Performance Reports
Access is granted solely to the registered member.
Memberships may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or distributed to any third party.
4. Community Standards
TradeLAB is built around professionalism, respect, accountability, and growth.
Members agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others
- Post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services
- Share confidential community discussions outside TradeLAB
- Disrupt the learning environment
- Share account credentials with any other person
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards.
5. No Signals Policy
TradeLAB is not a signal service.
TradeLAB does not provide:
- Buy signals
- Sell signals
- Trade alerts
- Entry calls
- Exit calls
- Copy trading
- Managed trading services
Any charts, examples, market commentary, Performance Reports, or educational discussions are provided solely to demonstrate educational concepts and should not be interpreted as trading instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within TradeLAB and TradeLAB OS remains the intellectual property of TradeLikeAB LTD.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Videos
- Course materials
- PDFs
- Documents
- Presentations
- Webinar recordings
- Graphics
- Branding, including the TradeLAB name and logo
- Educational frameworks
- TradeLAB OS software, Performance Reports and their design and layout
- The Edge Score, its methodology, formulas and grading
Your trading data remains yours. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view, download and keep your own Performance Reports for your own trading development, during and after your membership.
Members may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- Reproduce content
- Share content externally
- Upload content elsewhere
- Record or redistribute webinars
- Resell any TradeLAB materials
- Share, publish, sell or distribute Performance Reports, other than showing them privately to a mentor or coach helping you
- Use Performance Reports, their design or the TradeLAB methodology to build, train, prompt, market or run a similar product or service, including by giving Reports to AI tools to recreate them
- Copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the formulas, prompts or software behind TradeLAB OS
- Remove or alter the report ID, member name or notices on any Performance Report
- Use the TradeLAB name, logo or the term “Edge Score” in connection with any other product or service
Unauthorised distribution may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action where appropriate.
7. TradeLAB OS Performance Reports
Members may request TradeLAB OS Performance Reports and Performance Snapshots (“Reports”) by uploading their own trading data through the TradeLAB Discord.
By requesting a Report, you confirm that:
- The data you upload is from an account you own or are authorised to share
- You understand Reports are calculated from the data you provide, and screenshot-based Snapshots only reflect what is visible in your screenshots
- Reports are education about your own trading process, not financial advice or trading instructions
Every Report is reviewed by AB before it is sent to you. Reports are generated with the help of automated analysis and AI; figures are calculated by software and checked before release, but we cannot guarantee they are free from error, particularly where source data is incomplete.
A monthly limit on the number of Reports per member may apply. We may change, pause or withdraw the Reports service at any time.
Every Report carries a unique report ID and your name, both visible and embedded in the file, so a Report can always be traced to the member it was prepared for. If a Report is found shared or used in breach of section 6, we can identify it from that ID.
8. Your Data and Reports
Uploaded trade files, screenshots and generated PDFs are deleted 30 days after your Report is completed.
We keep a small set of summary figures from each Report (for example your Edge Score, win rate, net P&L and rule-adherence counts, but no individual trades and no files) so that your next Report can show your progress. You can ask for these to be deleted at any time by contacting support, and your next Report will start a new baseline.
Your Reports are never shown to other members. Full details of how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Webinar Recordings
TradeLAB webinars may be recorded and made available to members.
By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent to recordings being made available within the member area.
10. Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the selected pricing plan.
Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains valid and up to date.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
11. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle members to refunds for previous payments.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
12. Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
Due to the immediate access provided to digital educational content, all sales are final, subject to your statutory rights.
When you purchase, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
13. Suspension or Termination
TradeLAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice where a member:
- Violates these Terms
- Shares content or Performance Reports without permission
- Shares account access
- Uses TradeLAB materials to build or promote a competing product
- Causes harm to the community
- Engages in abusive conduct
Any such decision shall be made at the sole discretion of TradeLikeAB LTD. This does not limit any other rights we have in law, including under copyright and trade mark law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLikeAB LTD shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Investment losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of opportunity
- Decisions made on the basis of any content or Performance Report
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of TradeLAB, TradeLAB OS and all educational content is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page.
Continued use of TradeLAB following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
