These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradeLAB, operated by TradeLikeAB LTD (“TradeLAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing a membership, accessing our content, participating in our community, or using any TradeLAB services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purposes Only

TradeLAB provides educational content relating to trading, market analysis, risk management, psychology, and trading performance.

TradeLAB does not provide:

  • Buy or sell recommendations
  • Portfolio management

Any decisions made by members are made entirely at their own discretion and risk.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.

3. Membership Access

Membership grants access to the educational resources included within the selected membership tier.

This may include:

  • Community access
  • Live webinars
  • Webinar recordings
  • Educational resources
  • Member discussions

Access is granted solely to the registered member.

Memberships may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or distributed to any third party.

4. Community Standards

TradeLAB is built around professionalism, respect, accountability, and growth.

Members agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
  • Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services
  • Share confidential community discussions outside TradeLAB
  • Disrupt the learning environment
  • Share account credentials with any other person

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards.

5. No Signals Policy

TradeLAB is not a signal service.

TradeLAB does not provide:

  • Buy signals
  • Sell signals
  • Trade alerts
  • Entry calls
  • Exit calls
  • Copy trading
  • Managed trading services

Any charts, examples, market commentary, or educational discussions are provided solely to demonstrate educational concepts and should not be interpreted as trading instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within TradeLAB remains the intellectual property of TradeLikeAB LTD.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos
  • Course materials
  • PDFs
  • Documents
  • Presentations
  • Webinar recordings
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Educational frameworks

Members may not:

  • Reproduce content
  • Share content externally
  • Upload content elsewhere
  • Record or redistribute webinars
  • Resell any TradeLAB materials

Unauthorised distribution may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action where appropriate.

7. Webinar Recordings

TradeLAB webinars may be recorded and made available to members.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent to recordings being made available within the member area.

8. Payments

Membership fees are billed according to the selected pricing plan.

Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains valid and up to date.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle members to refunds for previous payments.

Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to digital educational content, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.

11. Suspension or Termination

TradeLAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice where a member:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Shares content without permission
  • Shares account access
  • Causes harm to the community
  • Engages in abusive conduct

Any such decision shall be made at the sole discretion of TradeLikeAB LTD.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLikeAB LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Investment losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of TradeLAB and all educational content is entirely at your own risk.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued use of TradeLAB following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
