TradeLAB is operated by TradeLikeAB LTD.
Digital Products & Memberships
TradeLAB provides immediate access to digital educational content, community resources, webinar recordings and membership benefits.
Due to the digital nature of these products and services, all sales are considered final, subject to your statutory rights below.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.
When you purchase TradeLAB, you ask us to give you access immediately and you acknowledge that, once access to the digital content begins, you lose your right to cancel within those 14 days.
We confirm this in your purchase confirmation email.
If you have not yet accessed any TradeLAB content, contact support@tradelikeab.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
No Refunds
Once access has been granted to TradeLAB content, memberships, courses, recordings or community resources, refunds will not be provided.
This applies to:
- Monthly memberships
- Annual memberships
- Course purchases
- Promotional offers
- Founding member rates
- Special pricing arrangements
Please make sure TradeLAB is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
Membership Cancellations
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund of any previous payments.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access to membership content and community features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any refund required by applicable law will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
